You rest, we stay
How you'll know

Every visit, visible from wherever you are.

Most home care asks you to trust and wait. Here the visit goes on the record the moment a caregiver arrives. The verified arrival at the door, the whole shift on the clock, the care log of what was done, and a warm note home to the family.

GPS-verified arrival Clock-in to clock-out The care log A note home

And never a camera pointed at a person. When a photo helps, it is of the environment, a prepared meal or a tidy room. Dignity is the whole point.

As little or as much as you need

From a few hours a week to around-the-clock.

Care starts where your family is. Begin with a couple of visits a week and grow whenever you are ready. The routine, the caregiver, and the record come along.

Where we serve

Your neighborhood, and the ones next to it.

Care that travels a short distance arrives on time and stays consistent, so the same caregiver keeps the routine your family already knows.

Hearth Home Care is a demonstration business, so these are placeholder neighborhoods. On a real build they are the operator's own service area.

The working demo

Three doors, all live.

This page is the front door. Behind it sit the pieces the record actually runs on, and every one of them works right now. Open them and tap around. Nothing you press here reaches a real family.

The first two doors open the working demo. It asks you to sign in first, so tap "Skip, explore the demo account" and you land exactly where the link points. The planner opens straight away. Nothing here is a real client.

How the tracker works, in four reads

The molding around the demo.

A tracker is only as useful as the four people opening it. Here is who signs in, what a real day looks like on the app, what it retires from the office desk, and where the extra minutes come back.

One

Who signs in, and what each one opens to

The aide

Today's day at the door

Opens to the next visit, the address, the entry code, and one line the family wrote. Clocks in when the phone confirms she is at the door. Every task and every photo files itself.

The covering caregiver

Walks in already knowing the house

Somebody else's client, picked up at short notice. She opens to the same day view, plus what the regular caregiver knows. Where the meds are kept, the dog, the entry code, and the line about reintroducing yourself.

The family

A quiet update, unless something changed

Opens to today's verified visit, a warm note from the aide, the meal that was prepared, the mood that was noticed. No app to install, a link is enough.

The office

The control room

Every caregiver on a live map, the day's proof feed, the flags that need a call today. The screen they open when a family calls, and the one they show a family thinking of hiring them.

Two

One day, hour by hour

7:34 AM
Debbie clocks in at Mr. Whitman's door. The phone confirms the address and stamps the arrival. His daughter sees the green check on her phone.
9:30 AM
Insulin, on time. One tap on the med card writes the timestamp. The daughter's next update note says the injection happened at 9:31.
10:14 AM
A loose stair rail gets flagged. One photo, one tap, marked "soon." It lands on the office board before Debbie is back in the truck.
12:41 PM
Lunch, prepared. A photo of the plate on the counter files onto the day. No face, no client, just the meal a family will see on the update.
2:07 PM
Ruth's daughter reads today's log from her office in Charlotte. She types a note back, "he loved the chili." The aide sees it on her next stop.
5:00 PM
The week's hours are already added up, clock-in to clock-out on every visit, ready to invoice. Nothing was written down twice.
Three

What this retires from the office desk

Before

  • Paper visit notes carried back to the office at end of shift.
  • Phone calls to confirm an aide arrived, and calls when she did not.
  • A timesheet rewritten from memory on Friday afternoon.
  • A covering caregiver phoning the office from the driveway.
  • The family calling to ask what happened today.

After

  • Every visit files itself, at the door, in the moment, with the photo attached.
  • A live map answers the arrival question before anyone asks.
  • The hours add themselves up, clock-in to clock-out, visit by visit.
  • The need-to-know is on her phone before she knocks.
  • The family opens a link and reads a warm update, every day.
Four

How the tracker earns its keep

Hours you can invoice

Every shift is timed from the verified arrival to the clock-out, so the week adds itself up. No reconstructed timesheets, and no quiet minutes given away because nobody wrote them down.

A disputed visit, settled

Every visit carries its arrival time, its GPS match, the care log and the caregiver who did it. When a family asks whether somebody really came on Tuesday, the answer is one link, not a phone call.

Family trust

The family is not calling for updates because the update is already there. Referrals happen when a daughter tells a friend, "the app is how I know."

No pitch, no obligation

A free care assessment.

Tell us a little about your family and we will come meet you, listen, and put together a plan.

Thank you.

We will reach out to set a time that works for your family.
