Cobbled Works
Confidential · Partner walkthrough

Walk the whole studio, from inside the product.

Tom and Mike. This is the full tour. Three guided walkthroughs, each one running inside the actual app, not a slideshow: the field-service product, the sales machine that fills it, and the portfolio it ships. You drive, every tour is presenter-controlled, step by step, and you can stop anywhere.

Presenter-led Next / Back, skippable Live, real screens
IThe Product

The field-service app, every feature.

This is the live Glisten app. The guided tour walks all 33 stops, the owner dashboard and live crew map, photo + GPS proof on every visit, two-way office↔crew messaging, work orders, issues, chemicals, customers, the team and billing, then crosses into the crew app on the same account, and ends on what the customer sees.

Act I · ~8–10 min

Glisten, the proof-of-service product

Tap below to open the app and the tour auto-starts on the owner dashboard. Use Next to move feature to feature; it drives the app for you and rings each one. Communication features are badged so they can't be missed.

  • Owner side, live map & crew roster, the proof log, every visit's spoof-proof photo + GPS, the two-way reply thread, dispute share, work orders, issues, chemical cost + dose calc, customers, team & billing.
  • Field side, on-the-clock tracking, the route with pre-arrival flags, the camera lock, on-site flagging, the verified screen, the tech's reply.
  • The payoff, the anonymous customer proof page with one-tap Text-us / Email-us.

What you'll show them

  • “The photo can only come from the camera, on site. There's nothing to fake.”
  • “In a dispute, the business with the better record wins. This makes that you, automatically.”
  • The office replies to a tech mid-route, and the owner answers the customer in one tap.
  • One account, owner dashboard and crew app on the same phone.
IIThe Machine

How a prospect becomes a client.

The sales pipeline, toured surface by surface, the same path one prospect travels: found, qualified, worked through the CRM, and built. Launch each in order; each opens with its own guided tour.

01

Causeway

Find the owner worth a warm note

02

Cobble Console

Qualify & price the build brief

03

Cobbled Control

Work the pipeline to Won

04

The Factory

The site gets built & goes live

Act II · ~7–9 min

The CRM & sales pipeline

Walk them through the machine in sequence. Each surface launches its own step-by-step tour; narrate one prospect's journey from a name to a live website.

  • Causeway, scan your own connections for owners, read a prospect, get a warm note + a branded teaser.
  • Cobble Console, read any owner, assemble the tailored toolchest + website, and the honest ROI, into a build brief.
  • Cobbled Control, the pipeline kanban: qualified → building → live, with the offer and the economics tracked.
  • The Factory, the build brief becomes a real, brand-built site (Act III).

The thread to narrate

  • One prospect, found in your own network, not bought cold.
  • Qualified in minutes, priced honestly, never “not a fit.”
  • Worked in one timeline, every email, call, and stage in one place.
  • The audit + already-built live preview is the wedge that opens the door.
IIIThe Portfolio

Real sites, built by silo.

One template system, many verticals, every site brand-built from the client's own logo and real reviews, never a fabricated number. Tour the gallery, then watch the factory turn a brief into a live site.

Act III · ~5–6 min

The website portfolio & the factory

Launch the gallery tour to walk the verticals and the two design systems, then open a couple of real built sites. Close on the factory beat, a brief becoming a live, brand-correct site.

  • By silo, pools is the lead vertical; the same engine ships pest, cleaning, landscaping and more.
  • Two design systems, bold “Tampa” for logo-driven value operators, editorial “Clearwater” for premium, photo-rich brands.
  • Integrity, always, real Google reviews, no invented testimonials, ratings, or licenses.

The factory beat

  • From a logo: palette extracted, design picked, config scaffolded.
  • Built and deployed in about a minute, a real URL, not a mockup.
  • “We built this one this morning, from nothing.”

How to run the room

Every tour is yours to pace, tap Next to move, Back to revisit, Skip page to jump a section, and Esc (or the ✕) to stop. Nothing auto-advances; talk as long as you want on each step.

Run the acts in order, Product, then Machine, then Portfolio, so the story builds: this is what we make, this is how we find and win the work, and this is what ships. For the factory's live build, use the pre-staged site rather than triggering a build mid-meeting.
