Your terms, held in ink.

Click-wrap is fine for a first introduction. When you're building a book on us, you deserve paper: a signed agreement between both parties that fixes the terms your income depends on. This page shows what that document holds.

TO THE CONNECTCLUB PROGRAM TERMS

Addendum to the ConnectClub Program Terms

Executed as a signed instrument · not a click-wrap

Between Cobbled Works and the undersigned member. For the stated term below, the following provisions of the Program Terms are fixed and may not be changed for this member without both signatures.

The rate schedule, held

The member's close bonus, build-fee share, and residual schedule (Levels 1 through 3 as published on the execution date) is locked for the stated term. Program-wide changes that lower rates do not reach this member while the addendum stands.

The service share, and that it never ends

Each qualified referral pays its 10% service share for as long as that client keeps paying us, exactly as written on the execution date. No window may be introduced, no step-down, no redefinition of revenue, for the life of the addendum.

Registration and attribution

Registered introductions are confirmed in writing within one business day and held to one referrer per client, ever. Where two claims collide, the client's answer decides, and the rules for renewals and ties are spelled out here rather than left to judgment.

Survival on termination

If either side walks away, or the program changes or ends, closed referrals keep paying their full window. Leaving costs the member nothing already earned.

A stated term, with a review date

The addendum runs for a defined period with a named date to sit down and renew, adjust, or part as friends. Nothing silently expires and nothing silently renews.

Executed in counterpart · one copy each
This page describes what gets signed. The document itself is written. The sheet above is a specimen of its shape. Read the full agreement, or print it and take it into a conversation.
Counsel reviews the final language before either side signs. Yours is welcome to review it too. That's the point of paper.
Who asks for one

Built for the member whose book is on the line

A rep working introductions across a protected territory. A closer planning a real off-season run. An advisor whose audience trusts their word. If your referral income is becoming a line on your own books, ask for the addendum. If you're making one warm introduction a year, the standard terms already treat you well.

STEP 1

Ask for it

One email. Tell us your volume and what you're planning, so the term fits the plan.

STEP 2

We prepare it

The document comes back to you with the five provisions filled in, ready for your review and your counsel's.

STEP 3

Both sides sign

Countersigned, dated, one copy each. Your terms stop being a webpage and start being a contract.

Request the addendum

Tell us who you are and roughly what volume you're planning. We'll come back with the prepared document, usually within a few business days.
