One intro, two years of payouts.
Walk through what a single introduction actually pays: cash the day they buy, a share of their build fee, and a slice of every payment they make for the next 24 months. Same math whether you send one a quarter or one a week.

The economics
The numbers, plainly.
Once you have signed, your rate climbs as you introduce more, counted on the last twelve months. Referrals you closed before you signed count too. Tap a level to see where you land.
Unsigned: $100 + 5%
Signed: $100 + 8%
Top: $100 + 12%, uncapped
10% service share, no end date
No fee to join
Every level pays the same way: a flat $100 when they buy, plus a share of their build fee, plus 10% of their monthly payments for as long as they stay. Every rate is identical with nothing signed, on purpose. The percentage is on the build fee only, so a plan with no build fee pays no percentage and still pays the $100 and the residual. No fee to join, no minimum, no quota, no cap at the top. Signing opens the ladder and nothing else does, and your count carries over the day you sign. If eighteen months go by with no referral closing, the level resets to Level 1: you are still a Partner, your agreement still stands, and every residual already running keeps paying its full window.
A worked example
Five owners you already know, five different plans, inside one rolling year. The first four pay at Level 1. The fifth crosses into Level 2, so the rate goes up with you. The boutique is the build-fee rule in practice: no build fee, so no percentage, and it still pays the full $100 and the full residual.

A plumbing outfit on your route$2,500 build · $329/mo · L1 8%$536.88
The HVAC company you've known for years$4,000 build · $499/mo · L2 10%$859.28
Five introductions, across the two-year window
$2,470
Close bonuses $500
Build-fee share $944
Residual $1,026
$500 in close bonuses and $944 in build-fee share, both landing within about 30 days of each owner paying their first invoice, plus $1,026 in residual arriving month by month across two years. From owners you were already going to see. Bigger builds and a higher level push all three up from here, and none of it is owed until a customer has actually paid.
