Past $600 a year the IRS requires a W-9 from us, so tax paperwork was always going to exist. Signing also means taking real duties on: registering a deal and working it inside a 30-day window, not going around us to the client, keeping what you learn confidential, following our brand rules. That is the entire difference, and it is why the rate is higher. The extra points buy the duties, not a better class of person.
Signing is one tap, and it is the whole of it. Read it, tick a box, type your name. Bank details and the W-9 come later, at the moment your first commission is actually payable, and they go to our payment processor rather than to us. Nobody is asked for a tax ID before they have earned a dollar.
Nobody has to sign anything to be here, and referring someone with nothing to sign is a completely good answer. Once you have sent three, we will ask whether you would like to come on as a Partner and move up to 8%. Saying no costs you nothing, your rate does not drop, and the door stays open whenever you want it.

On our base build ($995 + $129/mo), one referral with nothing signed is about $459 across two years. $100 of that lands within 30 days of their first payment clearing. Your 5% of the build fee, $49.75, follows after it, riding their instalments as they pay. The $309.60 residual is 10% of their $129 a month, and it keeps coming for as long as they stay. Sign the Partner Agreement and the same referral is about $489, because the 5% becomes 8%. Nothing is owed to you or by us until that first payment clears, either way.

The Partner ladder starts at $100 + 8%. More referrals in a year, higher level, bigger cut on every one after, with no ceiling at the top. Every rate is the same on either path. Signing is what locks yours, not what opens the ladder, and referrals you closed before you signed still count toward your level.

Opening the ladder
No number of referrals moves you across on its own, and we would rather say that plainly than let it look like a race you are losing. You read the agreement, tick a box, type your name, and you are a Partner at 8% from that moment. About a minute, no redirect, no email to wait for.
Every referral you have already closed counts toward your level the day you sign, so six sent unsigned starts you at Level 2 at 10%. If you would rather not sign, that is a real answer: $100 + 5% + the same 10% keeps paying for as long as you want to refer people.

Once your referral signs and their first payment clears, you're in line for a flat $100, a cut of their build fee, and 10% of their monthly payments for as long as they stay. You won't see money the same day. Payouts go out every quarter while the program is young, moving to monthly as it grows, and each one comes with a statement showing exactly where every dollar came from. Nothing is owed to you until a customer has actually paid, which is what lets us promise it without a clause to take it back.
No limit and no cap on what you can earn. Refer one person or twenty. Every one of them pays you the same close bonus and the same 10% for as long as they stay, whether or not you have ever signed anything.

Referring someone with nothing to sign pays $100, 5% of the build fee, and 10% of their monthly payments for as long as they stay, for as many people as you like. Once you have sent three we will ask whether you want to come on as a Partner, because 8% beats 5% and it would be strange not to mention it. If you say no, your rate does not drop and we will not ask again unless you bring it up.
