The Partner ladder
These rates open when you sign the Referral Partner Agreement, and signing is the only thing that opens them. After that, the more you send our way in a rolling year the more each new one is worth, with no cap at the top. Referrals you closed before you signed count too. Your current step is lit.
Every signed referral pays a flat $100 when their first payment clears, plus that share of their build fee, plus 10% of their monthly payments for as long as they stay. With nothing signed that share is a flat 5%, and every rate is exactly the same on both paths, on purpose: signing buys the lock, not a rate, and that is what pays for the duties in the agreement, not a better class of person. The percentage is on the build fee only, so a plan without one pays no percentage and still pays the $100 and the residual. We keep it honest and don't guess a dollar total for you, since the real number depends on what each business signs up for. What you see above is real: how many you've logged, and the rate you're earning now.
